Refund policy

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We want you to shop with confidence! Here’s how returns and exchanges work at our store:

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7- days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) within this timeframe.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We may ask for additional information and photos along with your request. Items returned dirty, damaged or worn will be charged a fee or will be sent back to the customer.

Note: Original shipping charges and any VAT/custom duties are not refundable.

If, in any case, an item arrives damaged, defective or is an incorrect item you have ordered, please contact us and follow the same procedure below. If you would like to return the item, you will receive a full refund and no additional shipping charges will apply. If you would like to exchange your item, no additional shipping charges will apply and any price difference of the item will be charged/refunded to the original method of payment.

CANADA and USA

To start a return/exchange, click on the following link to access our return portal and submit your request. You will need your order number and your email address or phone number used to purchase the product:

Please allow for 4-5 business days for us to process and analyze your request.

If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 


Option 1 - Refund 💳

  • You may request a refund for your return/exchange.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected (allow up to 10 business days for processing). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Option 2 - Store Credit (Extra Value!) 🎁

  • You may request to receive store credit for your return/exchange.
  • A $10 return shipping fee applies, but you will receive an extra $5 bonus credit on your account toward your next purchase.
  • Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order.

Exchanges 🔄 

  • Incorrect, defective, or damaged items: Exchange shipping is free.
  • Customer-driven exchanges (size, style, preference): You may choose between Option 1 and Option 2 above for any differences in price.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or items purchased as part of a donation (i.e., pins).


International Return/Exchange 

(other than Canada and U.S.)

Please submit your return/exchange request using the link below. If approved, you are responsible for the shipping costs and ensuring the return arrives to us, so we recommend you use tracked shipping. You may use a courier of your choice.
